The vacuum lines are all those little black (usually but sometimes people put colored ones in) rubber tubes that run around the engine, they come out of the throttle body and intake, and there are some underneath the intake that control the t-vis.
Also i believe a leaking pcv system could cause it? Not really sure though, but a leaky pcv would kind of be a vacuum leak wouldn't it?
