I am installing the above on my 91 5sfe. I have every thing ran and mounted, but the wiring I am not positive about. The control knob is hooked up properly. The 8910 is plugged into the BTM properly.

That leaves the red and black wires from the 8910 and the red, orange, and white wires from the BTM. If I am not mistaken the white wire is not used.

Now, instructions say that:

BTM wire red=coil positve (which is 12v switched)
BTM wire orange=coil negative
(I think)8910 wire red=BTM wire red
(I think)8910 wire black=original wire going to coil positive

My qustion: is this corret so far and if not what do I connect the 8910 red and black wires to? Also what colors are the wires going to the coil +/-
