My NA did this. To pass I just drove around on the freeway for ~30min to warm it up good (at 80mph I sti close to 4krpm....enough to warm her up good lol).

Have it setup so you can pull in and take the test right there, and you'll most likely pass. I went from failing to passing w/ flying colors
