just wanted to let ya know i got those eccentric plugs in and we've had a little rain, nothing serious, but i think they've solved my problems. Tho i noticed upon closer inspection i was wrong about my seals... they aren't new and could probably use a replacement. but since this seems to work, ill wait on those seals
