Looks like the rear sway bar but anyways if your trying to replace the stock headers or remove stock down pipe you have to go through that and drop the sub frame atleast i did,or if your trying to put the ems duals just loosen the four bolt but not completely remove it,drop the sub frame by half an inch
enough to loosen the bolts on the bushing for the swaybars so you can move the bar around while trying to install the mid pipe but first try to get your stock exhaust out of the way first.the key is to make sure you lift the rear of the car high enough so you have allot of room to work with, let me know how its goes.
