Timing Belt

Hi everyone, just a few questions about changing the timing belt, it is do-able without dropping the engine right? I recently went to a local dealer and they wanted $550 for the job (t-belt + accessory belts) so I decided to do it myself. I have read the instructions on the 91 repair manual and I have a 93 5SFE, has anything changed much between the 91s and 93s?

Also, a friend recommended that I change out the accessory belts, water pump and oil pump while I'm at it, I was wondering if those parts are easily accessed once the t-belt is off.

Lastly, I would love any tips or recommendations about doing this job.

Thanks for any response or feedback!
