i went and got ceramics a while back for my front, but haven't put em in yet. Do that guy at the race shop you were talking to really think ceramic pads are that great?
Also why didn't you get the ceramics for the front and do whatever in the back? It it important to have the same pads all round is it? And really if it gives me better braking i'm always willing to spend a bit of extra money when buying pads, because it comes down to safety, especially if you're going to drive the car hard and fast it's nice to know you'll stop fast.
