Well, there is no such thing as a "rebuild kit" in my world. Apparently Toyota does not assume that their engines will totally wear out before the rest of the car. So it's all piecemeal and varies depending on whether you have to bore the block or not (it's not a given that you will), what individual precision sub-size each bearing is, etc. Let's start with the stuff you've asked about, rough out some rings and bearings, and see where it goes from there.
04111-16113 - Gasket set, engine overhaul
90210-06013 - Grommet, valve cover (x8 req'd)
13011-16090 - Piston ring set, std bore
13041-16071-02 - Connecting rod bearing, 'mark 2' (x4 req'd)
11701-16010-03 - Main bearing, 'mark 3' (x5 req'd)
11011-15020 - Thrust washer set
13401-16020 - Crankshaft
16100-19115-83 - Water pump assy.
16571-16080 - Hose 16571C
16262-15010 - Hose 16262
16261-15010 - Hose 16261
16264-16041 - Hose 16264
16267-16031 - Hose 16267
16572-16040 - Hose 16572D
16573-16020 - Hose 16573B
16576-16020 - Hose 16576
16558-16020 - Hose 16558B (discontinued - use NA hose 16558-16011 instead)
87245-17111 - Hose 87245A
87245-17112 - Hose 87246E
11302-16011 - Timing belt cover no.1 (lower)
13470-16040 - Pulley, crankshaft
00295-00103 - FIPG sealant (for oil pan and cam bearing cap)
That will give you something to chew on, but let me know what else you want to look into. Thanks Dave!
