wow. just wow. no workers comp? cant borrow the 100 bucks or so for a few hours? Its a crying shame...
It sucks you got hit by somebody but are you over 21? if so insurance would have paid for a rental (even your own company, and been reimbursed later). Why aren't you pushing the claims rep to process the claim faster? my car was totaled and they sent out a check within 1 1/2 weeks because i pushed them. was this guy uninsured or something?
