The 20v requires a little more than just plugging it in and turning it on. The wiring has to be redone and cooling lines have to be redone and then there are a few more things that have to be done.
The 20v would definatly be easier than the 3sgte engine because you will have get all different things such as axels, mounts, etc. The 20v can use your trans.
I think it would be easier to go the 20v route personally.
