The boot was a little long, so I rolled a bit under the retaining ring, and just folded it inside. The upholstery fabric I got elsewhere, don't think Napa sells that...

One thing I wish I took into consideration at the time....

The metal parts of the shift knob get HOT in the summer. I started putting a sock over the shifter while I parked it, so I couldn't shift when I get back in my car!
