Vacuum leak

I have a known vacuum leak (at least one) that I created while trying to fix any vacuum leaks, ironically enough. I accidentally broke off one of the plastic nibs while trying to remove 20+yr old vacuum tubing from one of the little...thingie-jiggers. So yeah, there was a metal line running off somewhere, and it had a fitting in it with a blue plastic junction for two vaccum hoses...so two of the lines sort of merged at this one spot (good lord, there's a lot of vacuum lines for this engine!)...so anyway, #1, am I doing any harm driving it like that? It seems to be missing at idle, but that could just be the potentially fouled plugs I need to replace...and secondly, does anyone know what that little blue plastic vacuum fitting is called, and how I might obtain a replacement?

Thanks!
