It's Saturday and I'm sitting at home with a brutal head cold. We can't get every GenIII part, but we can get that gasket set, and we also keep GenIII plug wires, caps and rotors, and timing belts in stock.
If the engine is relatively healthy, I think you could get away with a hone job and new rings as opposed to re-boring the block for oversized pistons. Chat with some people more familiar with what stock GenIII pistons are capable of withstanding before you decide to throw them out.
