You don't tune the boost, you tune the EFI to run the boost that occurs with your setup.
Using the OEM sc12, that comes on the 4agze, you won't have the problem of too much boost. Even the larger SC14 (which is in my car), with a aftermarket supplied large main pulley and serious intake mods, the Max boost is 17 PSI.
But then . . . . I suppose I have "tuned my boost" by not installing an oversized main pulley.
