Okay, I got the front bar bushings installed...here's my procedure...
Here's the installation on pictures for the Two's R Us front bar Prothane bushings...The OEM where pretty soft. The Prothane wont break when you force them open on the bar, took a little force there. The grease is a bit dry but very sticky, I just put it all over inside and outside as you can see. The metal covers seem to have gotten bent a bit on my car, I guess from the old ones being worn, but a bit of force got them back in place and they seem pretty solid now. I haven't tried the car yet so we'll see how it feels later. Last but not least, these pictures were taken while I got under the car from the front, not easy trying to take pictures with that sticky grease all over your hand. Now I also know why these are cut. I didn't have to take out the whole bar. I just did one side, then the other. Now because it works well, I hear something else rattling. I think some plastic parts are lose and I did notice that too. It never ends I guess. Overall, I think they also help stabilize things a bit. I test drove the car but it's hard to tell. Maybe the twisties will tell me when I get there.
