I have fixed a ton of little electrical issues w/ the 5spd car and she is now running like a top and everything is almost 100% functional only thing left would really be to just mount the radio as its just chilling in the dash refix the power antenna and fix the drivers door window motor gear.
the auto car how ever has not gotten much attention... jodi and i have been discussing if she would like the car and what she would want to do with it along with the responsibilities that would come with restoring/modding a car.... ( this was mt attempt to spend more time with her "in my natural environment" lol ) needless to say she would like one but doesn't want to have to do so much work to it.

Great story man, I really enjoyed reading it and seeing the photos. Keep posting pictures, I love seeing an MK1 being brought back to life.
