i ran 87 octane with 14 degrees..

if you have an advance timing gun, you set the gun to where you want your timing to be.. so you'd set the dial to 14 degrees.. and then line up the crank pully to ZERO degrees.

this is helpful if you cant actually see the crank pully timing marks.. you can set the engine to TDC and make your own match marks and use the gun to set timing anyway.. on an mr2 you can pretty much always see the marks and its not a huge deal.
