I just finished a 600 mile road trip and it was an absolute thrill! This car makes people in the other lane drive faster for seemingly no reason at all. Other sports cars rev their engines at stop lights (an extreme compliment by the way).
My 91 is 18 years old now and it does everything I expect a sports car to do. It does a good job of accelerating. It'll take on or off ramps at ridiculous speeds (relatively speaking
) and I could just park it, pull up a chair and stare at it all day. Toyota hit it out of the park with this car. Simple but at the same time, oh so exotic. In my whole 600 mile trip I did not see another MR2.
I could go on but the answer is yes....I love this thing.
