i do apologize but i DO go the extra mile all the time which is why i have 40+ MR2s here at the shop right now getting various work performed.... and which is why i'm working 7 days a week... almost 365 per year.... if i "take a day off" i'm still emailing, answering phones, etc... so i don't see where my time isn't valuable.
for instance... if you were to come here and help out your time would be valued and you would be compensated one way or another.
so some may think i'm an ass but i think i'm a value and a asset and my time IS worth something...
i don't have any problem with "customers" going elsewhere if they think my time is worthless.
