Yeah it *will* pop out no matter what you do, unless it has a strong bead for the clamp to clamp down in front of.
I have a bracket running from the engine bracket/hook to the side towards the intake duct on my Celica....this holds the intake pipe with a zip-tie too
but it looks sorta pro on mine.
Gonna hook up with AMS to see if they can fab me one up
