coming from a person that used to work for a European shop that specializes in Mercedes/BMW I would still say mr2 is harder to work on especially without the lift,it gets annoying working on top of the car,and having to raise the car and drop the motor for a rebuild is a headache,Mercedes tho you can just take the motor from the top,but i gotta say those Benz are annoying especially the 80's benz like the 560 sel,The bimmers too I hate those fragile ass plastic components and sensors that keeps braking,cracking,melting. and the radiator always go bad on the e39.
