Why disable the VVTI? Then it is just a basic 3sge and the engine is pointless as to it being a beams. You should look into the Link EMS since you are close to Rogue (kinda) and can be tuned and operated with the VVT-I enabled.
Edit: Why do you want to use the megajolt? Its not an ECU or EMS, its an ignition control module so you can have a distributor-less ignition which is built for carb'd fords.
