as I said in the other one.... no

the early 7 ribs have the connections for squirters but doesn't use them.

rods are different (slightly)

heads are the same for the most part (you could use either on either.... IIRC there's a slight casting difference but it's negligible).

pistons are what make the compression be different -- the 4agze pistons have a top ceramic coating.

I've used this photo time and time again....

you can see the piston in the middle has a different color on the top than the skirt, which isn't there for the other 2 (both n/a's).
