Suggestion: pull the part number and run it on some large auto part outfits like rockauto.com, napa, autozone, etc. And see if a cross reference comes up. Also there are websites that do part number cross-referencing.

If the part is Mr2/SC specific, I don't think your Dealer will stock, or order these anymore . . . . discontinued . . .. .sigh.

Not meaning to be mean, but 328FTW is one of the smart ones, and doesn't need to be spoon fed. Maybe just kick him when he is down to encourage him to get up again.


But seriously, I think cross referencing is your best bet.

Unplugging the knock sensor, would be like unplugging the O2 sensor. . . . the motor would run in dumbed down "failsafe mode" . . . . I think.
