replaced my ISCV and it dropped to 750rpm. It would make sense to replace something that basically controls the idle speed. Those things are like 16+ years old, just cleaning them out isn't going to do the job. With all that crap blowing back into the intake it's only a matter of time before it clogs again. Your best bet, if I were you, I would replace it, then do a breather reroute. Actually I did do that when I had my 2. Never had a problem with idle.
