I found an interesting article on how to use a small buzzer or speaker used in electronics to bypass it. I use good gas and time it using a gun so the main goal is to just get rid of limp mode, its ghetto but still interesting, the sort of thing I do actually

I finally did it!!! Knock sensor bypass!! Woot! Woot! - Honda-Tech

I have a 20V sensor I would like to test for comparison, as long as the output voltage is in spec I will use that. I don't have a scope though, my uni does I might be able to just walk in and use one without anyone noticing. I haven't find a direct cross reference part # yet, I will keep hunting and see what comes up.
