I'm looking for the pin or bolt that goes where the screw driver is. What is the part number for it?

Note: **I didnt not put the screw driver there, it was done by the previous owner and I have just noticed it yesterday when I was looking around under the engine. I dont know what the hell the previous owner did to it. Also yes, its all dirty, i need to clean it up once the rain stops.

Is it the same piece as circled in this pic?

LMK, I want to get that part ASAP, i dont feel safe with a screw driver there.
