Hmmmm, I wonder if the intercooler is the problem, it is the right ecu(gze)? Yea it is, I remember you saying that you tried diffirent ones......have you ran it without the intercooler, as well? What is the gain, or draw back to not having a i/c? Is the intercooler in good condition, maybe it has a crack in it somewhere......I checked mine with a shop vac and soapy water(made it blow instead of suck) the hose fit perfectly to the i/c and I clamped it on there, I would cover the open end of the i/c and turned the vac on and off every few seconds and see if there were bubbles forming anywhere. Make sure its dried out on the inside if you do this, I made sure by blowing through the i/c with an electric leaf blower. Just a thought.....Did you check to see that you are getting spark during this problem? Like I did in the other post. Could it even be an OVER boost problem? Or is that considered lean out? I am stumped other than that.
