Comments:
I had a good look at the intercooler before it went in my car. (but i didn't take any photos). The whole kit is of excellent quality, and I was not the least bit disappointed with how it felt and looked. Welds were top notch, and fins where all finely set and patterned. The kit came with everything I needed except for flexi-hose and clamps. The inlet and outlet tubing appeared to be powder coated silver in colour. The core itself was also surprisingly light.

Performance wise, it's hard to quantify how much improvement it provided. I did do a bit of hard driving one night though to test out the logging capabilities of my FC Datalogit, and on that night, the intake air temperature stayed at a consistent 40-43C despite repeated boosting all over the place. This was on a night where ambient air temperature would have been around 5C maybe (by my rough estimate). I would take these values with a pinch of salt though, as they are merely estimates. I intend to take better logs the next time I hit the track, and will post the results then.
