Hey what gives here. I was sent an E-mail over a week ago that says that the bar shipped. I logged into your website and the status said shipped. Are you now telling me that you are just now shipping it. Why can't I get a straight answer about when this thing will actually arrive at my house? I have now been waiting 8 full weeks and I still don't know when or if I will ever get anything. This is ridiculous at this point. Has it shipped or Not?????

I would honestly expect that you 2nd day air that thing to me to make up for this terrible service I have received to this point.

Please tell me and the community what we can expect as far as service goes in the future.

I will be sending an E-mail to your service department requesting a tracking number.
