The perma cool 10695 oil filter relocation kit should work just fine. If you are going to buy the header I suggested go to the item page I posted and offer $120 as that is who I bought mine from and that is what I paid. He should give you the same deal.
What is the specs on your turbo? Do you have an Intercooler? Also most C-52 trannys had the starter location on both sides of the motor. If you have yours on both sides then I would suggest you moving it to the intake inside.
I would also look the AFM over as they are easy to screw up when they are opened. I honestly think if you make an exhaust dump pipe from your turbo that it would help a lot and maybe run. It would be nice if you can get what you have running so once you have the parts to swap over it would be a simple bolt and go (except you will need to weld up your dump pipe and exhaust).
If you have access to MR2OC I would go there and check as there is several Turbo builds going on now that use this manifold and a couple that are successfully running it. I have not seen many turbo build threads here so once I start mine I will document it here.
