I've had a problem that was identical to that, and I've also have similar problems.

After watching and listening to the video, it sounds like you have a major vacuum leak. It looks like there is a hole in the coupling where your AFM meets the throttle body (immediately below the 4 small hoses). If that is a hole, plug it or get a new coupling.

Also, I had an identical issue to yours. I played with the idle adjust screw, and when I turned it completely open, I could easily hear a huge leak in the intake system. Turns out one of my hose clamps had come loose and the coupling had slipped off a little bit. It wasn't noticeable since it was leaking under the metal band for the hose clamp.

I'd highly recommend removing the couplings, AFM, and cone filter. Clean them all up, and make sure the rim where the couplings go over is smooth and clean. Reassemble and put some extra torque behind the hose clamps when you bolt them on. Be sure the connector going to your AFM is clean and properly connected.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, listen in your engine bay for a leaking air sound and try to track it down.
