get a turbo car, and get a boost controler, Drop the PSI on the turbo.
Then when he gets comfortable with the awesome MR2. raise the boost.
i dont know if you can completely cut off the boost. but if you can, it should give you about 125 horses. and if you raise the boost. it can get you to almost 220+ horses.
