Who would you trust to do a 20v swap for you?

I've got a mechanic who owes me work, since I rebuilt his website. (H&L Armstrong Transmission) and did some other computer work for him.

He's doing my swap for me in trade, and I found a deal on a complete 20v silvertop locally. It seems a bit involved for someone who's not a custom mechanic. He owns a transmission shop, and he knows his way around an engine bay...but he doesn't do any custom work. He's your standard ASE certified mechanic...nice and reliable, repairs everything with OEM parts, fixes everything to factory spec, been in business for 10 years...but doesn't do performance upgrades or custom stuff at all in his shop.

My question is, would you trust such a guy/shop to do a 20v swap? He claims he can do it if I provide the documentation (and there is certainly plenty out there), but I'm still nervous. Wouldn't be quite so hesitant if it were a bolt-for-bolt junkyard swap, but if I'm gonna have all this work done, I would really like to come out of it better off than I started (i.e. a low mileage JDM swap).

Any advice would be appreciated.
