Looks like you have solid car to start with...not sure how extensive the rust is. Before I got too deep into engine / chasis work I'd definitely make sure you don't have a serious rust problem.
the 2 spots seem to be the main rust. i will get the guy to jack it up to check the underbody for rust but i wasn't seeing anything when i went out there. i could be wrong tho...

and as for priority, its been sitting for 2 years so a friend of mine told me to get the engine flushed of all the fluids inside of it as priority number 1. from then on if the engine is still ok, i'll run it for a bit till i replace the other parts. once i get it running in nice condition i will eventualy drop a whole new engine and maybe even tranny. i haven't bought this lil guy yet but he wants 1200 and thats what kbb is telling me.
