Well, i picked up my 2 a few weeks ago knowing that it needed engine work. Got it halfway home, and she was done. So i am now trying to decide between an engine build or just picking up a high compression jy motor.
JY motor will cost me around 900 in this area.
Does anyone have a breakdown of what a rebuild would cost and maybe suggestions on what parts to use. Hoping to build the engine a little better, and possibly build for boost.
How the 2 will be used: DD and autocross car
Wanting low end power to pull me through corners. Don't like how this car pushes the front end, so i'd like enough power to get the back end around if i need to.
Input would be very helpful. Hoping to have an idea of what i wanna do soon so i can get started on it.
