I believe my alternator drive belt is the one squeaking. it only does so in lower engine speeds in first through 3rd gear. is there a way to get to the tension bolts or anything like that without having to remove many parts from the engine bay?

p.s. it is a 1993 n/a, 5sfe, 5 speed manual.
