yea, i keep forgetting the mr2 is restricted by the crappy SMIC.
in a celica, the 3rd gen is rated @ 255hp (flywheel).
we currently have 2 diffrent guys with basicly the same setup (intake, exhaust boost controller, and FCD) making 285whp under 17psi.
i would definetly suggest a good 3" exhaust, a nice intake, a good IC, boost controller of your choice, active style map clamp(FCD) and maybe water injection, and you'll be good for 300whp or really close to it at under 20psi.
