i agree with all the above as well. if your going for BIG numbers gen2 is the better bet only cause its cheaper out the gate BUT if your looking for 250-300whp gen3 all day WAY worth it! dp, exhaust, boost controller set at 20(or so) and fcd.... ummm sounds good to me

. and oh yeah get a hux waste gate or make your own. better response at higher boost.(20+)
