Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Taurus SHO engine wasn't completely designed by Yamaha, just the heads. The block itself is just a Ford 3.0.
There is a MKI with an SHO swap, and there's some info somewhere on the board here, should be found with a search.
It's a pretty impressive engine, and it looks unbelievable cleaned up in an engine bay, but it is heavy, and requires total custom fabrication. The stock Mazda gear box is also really weak.
