Really? Structural rust? Those things are cast iron, and not prone to rusting through - unless you're talking about the strut rods, which extend rearward from the body to the control arm. Those are tubular steel, and they can be bent through crash damage or poor technique with a floor jack.

16400-16120 - $360.20 - Radiator
48068-17010 - $111.44 - Control arm (x2 = $222.88)
48660-17010 - $42.37 - Strut rod, RH
48670-17010 - $42.37 - Strut rod, LH

Toyota radiators can be costly. There may be a decent aftermarket alternative available, too.
