What do these wires do?

I'm finally getting around to finishing my 20v Blacktop swap, and I have a few wires left that don't have a home.

No idea what those three are for...

I'm guessing those two are for the (non-existant) air conditioning.

I just finished installing the alternator, and hooked up the battery. It cranks but doesn't start. I'm gonna do some diagnosis later on and see if it's a spark or a fuel issue.

One other point of interest: the fuel in the tank is, I assume, 87 octane, and has just over a half tank. Is it safe to run the engine on that, at low rpm, until it runs out so I can put some premium in, or should I siphon the fuel? Or what about just filling the rest with 94 octane or race fuel?
