+55 off set will be fairly tucked in, also depends on the spoke arrangement and how wide they are because you can land up rubbing the strut depending on the tyre you run. I run +45 which I like. +40ish is standard I think. The more positive the more tucked in, at 0 the wheel centre is in the middle. and at negative values it starts moving towards where it bolts up so sticks out more.
