Thanks to some help from mr220v, I discovered there were two issues at hand- first, the injector resistor, and second, I had forgotten to install the Circuit Opening Relay, and had lost it.

So, a new relay is on the way, and in the meantime, because I hotwired the fuel pump to work, the car starts and runs!

I just bought some insurance, and I'm going to get a plate for it tomorrow I think! Insurance was hilarious- Progressive wanted $198/6 months, and every other company wanted $450-600/6 months. Hopefully I'll be selling the accursed Honda Civic sedan within a week!
