I've had the same problem the past few weeks even since I got back from my road trip. It started out as a minor vibration and its escalated to a hard knock and it takes a few turns to get it started. She runs fine once she's warmed up, and it feels like theirs a little more power driving it now SO i'm guessing the timing is advanced too far.
I'm at 112K miles with almost original everything, so I know my belts are over due. She was running so great the past 60k..no problems what so ever.
