I just installed a Bosch universal in my BT. The BT O2 sensor had a blue - signal, 2 black - heater and a white - ground wires. The only two wires that are important to connect correctly are the signal and ground. The Bosch used the black as sensor, 2 white for the heater and gray for ground.

The 89 BGB lists:

Black shielded for sensor input to ECU
Black red stripe for ground
Black and Black white stripe to Heater.

Again according to the 89 BGB you should be able to OHM them out.

1 heater wire will go to the B+ connector in the check connector box.
The other heater will go to HT on the ECU.

1 wire will go to chassis ground.
The sensor wire will go to the OX connector on the ECU.

Hope this helps.
