Hi all,

I wonder if you can help me. Is it possible for any Toyota dealer (in particular one over here in germany) to test an ECU deeper than as per BGB. I think mine may have a defect as the specs when measuring voltage between RSO/RSC and E1 aren't right (should both be 8-14 V and I only have 0.4 V when testng between RSC and E1!!) I was thinking that maybe they could tell me whats broken (if at all).
