Ok. Could you clarify the testing procedure for the ISC valve for me then, because I cannot seem to get my head around what they want me to do. At the beginning of the chapter they write - perform all checks with the connectors disconnected - if I do this an turn my ignition on I get a loud buzzing from the fan controller in the trunk and none of the values that are supposed to be there, are! If I check with the connectors in place and ignition on I have the discreopancy mentioned below

Any clarifaction possible?
