Here's the 3 common points the Big Green Book refers to to bleed air from the system.

I would personally suggest if you have a air bleeder on the top of the radiator on the drivers side rear that you open it up and flush water thru it also. These cars have a tendency to accumulate black gunk on the top of the rad on the side opposite of the inlet at the top. At least both my S/C cars tend to do this?
