Thanks,
I replied to your PM.
To answer your other question about legality in Canada that I forgot to include in the PM is that as far as I know the lights are legal in Canada. You would need to confirm with local laws but I have not heard anyone having any issues.
The lights I sell are H9 Halogen style lights, not HID because of 3 reasons (reading the HID sticky is a good idea too):
1. Many E-bay and cheap HID's are, IMHO, too unreliable for me to warranty and include with these kits.
2. Hella HID and other high end HID solutions can be very expensive.
3. Liability and Legality, it is illegal to put HID bulbs/capsules into non-HID housings due to the fact that many times the lighting doesn't line up and focus correctly after changing the bulbs/capsules and people usually go with high 'K' (color - blue/purple) colored lights that bleed really bad. Usually a combination of both, thus causing bad glare for oncoming traffic and thus the laws. Last I heard was $6000 per offense and you COULD be ticketed for EACH headlight; also the seller could be fined as well. This was 4 years ago and the link I had saved no longer works and I haven't researched it further. For my personal REV 6 system I just purchased a complete HID package from Hella and avoided the whole mess.
All that being said, some people have had good luck with the Hella lights and then swapping in an HID H9 conversion system. Quite a few also felt going HID was unnecessary due to the fact the REV 6 and Hella system light up the road better than OEM anyways and saved money leaving the 'regular' REV 6 and Hella system alone.
I hope that helps.
